Cloud & SaaS Security - With a growing SaaS application portfolio and emerging cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, we are establishing a cloud security program to get ahead of expansion. This includes SaaS security posture management, cloud account governance and misconfiguration controls, and closing a current gap in web application firewall protection for our public-facing presence.IAM Solution - Following the completion of our Privileged Access Management implementation, we are entering the discovery phase for a comprehensive Identity and Access Management solution in Q3 2026. This initiative will modernize how we manage user identities, enforce least privilege, and govern access across on-premises and cloud environments for our 15,000-member university community.AI Security - With the rapid adoption of generative AI tools across our campus, we are working to establish visibility and control over how AI applications are being used and what data is being shared with them. This initiative focuses on protecting the university from data exposure risks introduced by third-party AI applications while enabling responsible AI use aligned with our institutional mission.
